A.R. Henderson

Page revised October 15, 2026.

A.R. Henderson builds tools that let people securely manage their own health records and care: records owned by the person, not by provider groups, exchanging data with hospital systems but answering only to the person. He deploys open-weight models under his own governance harness so that health intelligence runs where the person's data already is.

He is President and CEO of Affinity Networks and Managing Partner of Precision Health Ventures, Arlington, Virginia.

  • Earned Autonomy

A governance framework for automated actions: a model proposes, a person approves, independence is earned on a recorded track record and reversed automatically when quality falls. Patent pending.

  • Person-Sovereign Health Record

A lifetime health record the person holds and controls, encrypted under the person's own keys, portable across providers and borders, and shared only by signed grant. Patent pending.

  • IntelaCare PBC

A Medicare-enrolled clinical practice and CMS ACCESS Model participant whose monitoring flags health trends early so clinicians can act. Its longevity program (intelacarelongevity.com) extends the same model to members.

  • IntelaCareRx

Medication access and adherence support, the third Precision Health Ventures platform.

  • SHIRLe Health

Health intelligence the person controls, built on the Person-Sovereign Health Record.

  • HealthDigits

A proprietary AI image analysis capability that turns photos of labs, visit summaries, and device screens into reviewable record entries.

  • SHIRLe Labs / Vision

Installable PWA: a daily eye-comfort routine of five short games for healthier screen habits. (Not a medical device.)

  • HLTHeStore

Curated health-device storefront (Amazon affiliate) for active agers 50+.

  • Telerra

Health and wellness via bundled 5G telecom and AI for underserved populations.

  • SHIRLe Health was named one of nine Phase 1 winners of the HHS ASTP/ONC EHIgnite challenge, 2026.
  • IntelaCare PBC is a participant in the CMS ACCESS Model.
  • The Person-Sovereign Health Record and Earned Autonomy frameworks are patent pending.
